Serviers et Labaume

Serviers and Labaume, a commune situated 6 km west of Uzès, on the road to Alès, are divided into two parts.
Serviers is characterized by an old village situated at the foot of a promontory over which stands the château.
Labaume is a hamlet 2 km away from Serviers. Unlike the village, it is nestled in a valley hollow. It is a pleasant place due to its many hiking trails.
Four years ago, a theme park opened in the heart of the famous Bouscarasse forest, a site formerly exploited for its quarries. Its reorganization as a recreational park is an example in its own right (see water recreation).

To see :
 • Celtic Acropolis of la Baume
 • Château rebuilt in the 17th century
 • 12th century church destroyed and rebuilt in the 17th century
 • La Bouscarasse Aquatic Park

Visit of Serviers in summer.
Visit of Labaume on the 19th of july.
